Spacious 2BR Nashville Retreat | Near The Gulch

I would never rent here again. I did not feel safe! Positive: The condo was spacious and had TVs in each room. The entry door was very hard to get into as there wasn’t much room to get in with suit cases, groceries or even your body beacuse it didn’t leave room between step and the wall. I don’t think the floor has been mopped in a very long time. The shower down stairs has no shelf or anywhere to put your products, so you have to bend over to use them. The beds were comfortable and the blankets were nice and soft. There is a nice coffee and chocolate shop right in the complex. Negative: This property is located in a bad part of town, many homeless near by. Both of our vehicles were broken into our 2nd night of staying. They have no security cameras. The next night more vehicle were broken Into. There was gunshots fired about 3 times a week. (We stayed for a month) we contacted the property to let them know what was happening and the response was we’ve never had a break in since owning the property in all these years. Clearly not true. We left the condo spotless and received a message saying there was Clorox on a rug and they were charging 60$. After paying thousands to stay and being robbed of thousands I can NOT recommend this property specially for a group of ladies. I would be afraid for your safety.

We had to book a last minute VRBO to survive ICE STORM 2026! We’re very grateful to the host for letting us book and check in early to help us out…I can’t say enough how much it helped us! The condo is clean, pet friendly, close to downtown and other areas of Nashville. Plenty of space for everyone and kitchen has it all!

Would definitely recommend this place. Positive: It was quiet, clean, great location, and very cute. With the temperature being so hot outside, the temperate inside was always wonderful. Communication was excellent. Negative: No washer & dryer. Not enough towels.

Positive: The place is really nice in a very quiet area and close enough to downtown.

stayed here with some friends for my birthday and it was perfect! it slept the 4 of us comfortably but we could have easily fit more, check-in was smooth and communication was great! also there was a coffee shop about 10 steps away from our front door which was so cool! it’s in a great location and we had no issues getting ubers too and from the house, i would definitely stay here again next time i’m in nashville!
